Allround Marketing Intern

KSN Studios is a creative and digital agency working with brands across the UAE and Europe. We help businesses grow through strategy, branding, web design, content creation, social media and digital marketing.

We are looking for an Allround Marketing Intern who wants hands-on experience across different areas of digital marketing while working on real client projects.

What you’ll be doing

You’ll work closely with our team across different client accounts and industries.

Your responsibilities may include:

• Supporting social media management for different clients
• Creating and maintaining content calendars
• Coming up with content ideas and campaign concepts
• Writing captions, website copy and marketing content
• Researching competitors, markets and digital trends
• Supporting Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and other social channels
• Assisting with Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns
• Supporting SEO and website optimisation
• Helping with website content and Webflow projects
• Assisting with email marketing campaigns
• Preparing client presentations and marketing proposals
• Supporting photoshoots and content production
• Reviewing marketing performance and identifying opportunities
• Using AI and digital tools to improve marketing workflows

You won’t be working on fictional assignments. You’ll contribute to real projects for real businesses.

Who we’re looking for

Ideally, you:

• Are studying marketing, communication, advertising, media or a related field
• Have a strong interest in digital marketing
• Understand how social media platforms work
• Enjoy writing and coming up with creative ideas
• Are interested in branding, content, websites and advertising
• Can communicate clearly in English
• Are organised and comfortable working on several projects
• Take initiative and like figuring things out
• Pay attention to detail
• Are interested in understanding how marketing contributes to actual business results

Experience with tools such as Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, Google Analytics, Webflow, Canva, Figma or AI tools is a plus.

Location: Primarily remote. You may occasionally be required to attend client meetings, shoots or other projects on location.
Duration: 6 months
Hours: Full-time or part-time
