The project
Client: Al Jiyad Stables
Al Jiyad Stables is a family-owned equestrian facility on Al Qudra Road, Dubai. Founded in 1988 by Mr. Ali Mohammed Al Marzooqi, the stables are certified by the Emirates Equestrian Federation and have been open to the public since 2003 — offering riding lessons, desert trail rides, and camel tours in the Saih Al Salam nature reserve.
Our Approach
Al Jiyad had a strong story but a digital presence that didn't do it justice. We rebuilt everything from the ground up — brand identity, design system, and website — while staying rooted in the stables' Emirati heritage.
Phase 1: Discovery & Strategy
We started with on-site visits, stakeholder interviews, and a competitive audit of equestrian and hospitality brands in the UAE. This shaped the brand strategy and the website's information architecture, making sure the experience worked for every type of visitor — families, tourists, and serious riders alike.
Phase 2: Rebranding & Visual Identity
We developed a full brand identity — color palette, typography system, and brand guidelines. The visual direction draws from the warm tones of the Dubai desert and the elegance of Arabian horses, creating a look that feels premium without losing its authenticity.
Phase 3: Wireframing & UX
Before any visual design, we mapped out user journeys and built low and mid-fidelity wireframes. These were reviewed and iterated with the client to ensure the structure was clear, logical, and conversion-focused before moving into the final design.
Phase 4: Design System
We built a full component library — buttons, cards, navigation, typography scales, spacing rules, and color tokens — all tied to the new brand identity. This gives Al Jiyad a consistent visual language across every page, and a solid foundation for future growth.
Phase 5: Development in Webflow
The site was built in Webflow using our NoCode approach — fast to deliver, fully responsive, and easy for the Al Jiyad team to manage themselves. The CMS structure lets them update content without touching code.
Phase 6: SEO
We implemented a full on-page SEO strategy at launch — keyword research, metadata, heading structure, image alt tags, schema markup, and performance optimization through Webflow's CDN. The focus was on ranking for horse riding in Dubai, equestrian experiences, and desert activities for both local and international audiences.
Documentary Film
We also produced a short documentary capturing the history of the stables, the founder's story, and the desert environment. It works as a brand asset on the website and as content for social media.
