Mortgage Calculator — Lead Magnet

The standout feature of the project was a custom-built Mortgage Calculator tool, developed as an interactive lead magnet on the website. Visitors can calculate their mortgage estimate directly on the site — and in exchange, FCH captures their contact details as a warm lead. The tool targets people who are actively considering a mortgage, making it one of the highest-intent lead generation tools on the site. It continues to drive consistent, qualified leads for the business.
